Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Hotel Maritime in Copenhagen, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional level of service and comfort provided. The reception being open 24 hours a day was incredibly convenient, and the friendly staff, especially Karen, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Karen's insightful recommendations on dining options and local activities truly enhanced our experience and made us feel welcomed. The location of the hotel in the beautiful Nyhavn area was simply unbeatable, offering easy access to must-see attractions like the Christmas markets and Tivoli. Despite my initial concerns about the basic nature of the rooms, I found them to be clean and comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler like myself. The provision of free tea and coffee 24/7 in the charming dining room added a nice touch and was a welcome treat after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast provided, including a selection of toast, sausages, and scrambled eggs, catered well to different preferences. With complimentary Wi-Fi and a quiet atmosphere, the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of both convenience and tranquility. Hotel Maritime not only met but surpassed my stringent criteria, making it a top choice for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Copenhagen.
